History
K&K began as a regional service provider in the eastern Toronto area, specializing in ferrous scrap hauling and recycling. Drawing on extensive expertise in the waste management and recycling industries, the organization has grown from its local roots in Pickering, Ontario, into a national leader in scrap metal recycling and industrial services. Today, the company operates across Ontario, Western Canada, and the Northeastern United States. Beyond traditional scrap recycling services, the company has developed a reputation for creating customized solutions for large OEMs and public institutions, adding significant value to its offerings and fostering strong, lasting client relationships.

Safety is incorporated into every stage of our operations from planning through execution. K&K maintains compliance and authorizations from required local, provincial, state and federal authorities.
We always subscribe to competency standards including OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration), ANSI (American National Standards Institute) and CSA (Canadian Standards Association).
We also maintain high ratings in pre-qualification registries such as ISNetworld® across North America.
